Refund and Return Policy

TaguigFlowerShop Refund and Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our priority at TaguigFlowerShop. We handle your orders with the utmost care to ensure perfect delivery. In the rare event that something goes wrong, please feel free to raise any concerns or complaints, and we will promptly address and resolve the issue. Our customer service staff is well-trained to respond to your concerns and determine an appropriate course of action.

Refund:

  • If the customer cancels the order 5 days before the delivery date, a full refund will be provided, deducting only a service charge of US$15 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is larger.
  • For cancellations made by the customer 3 days before the delivery date, a refund of 50% of the total amount will be issued.
  • No refund will be made for orders canceled by the customer less than 3 days before the delivery date.

Return & Replace:

  • If the customer is dissatisfied with the item for a valid reason, the item may be replaced if the recipient can return it within 3 working days of delivery, but a refund will not be issued.
  • We will promptly replace the item if you inform us within 24 hours of delivery in the following cases:
    • Faulty items.
    • Items damaged in transit.
    • Items that cannot be exchanged with any other item.
